The small printPrivacy policy
Written in plain English, because that's how we do things.
Last updated: 2 October 2026
Who we are
This website is run by Headstrong Co Emotional Wellbeing Ltd ("Headstrong Co", "we", "us"). We're the data controller for the personal information collected through this website. You can contact us about anything in this policy at contact@headstrongco.co.uk.
What we collect and why
When you send a message or request a call
We collect your name, email address and anything else you choose to give us, such as your organisation, role, phone number, headcount, preferred call times and your message. We use this only to reply to you and, if you ask us to, to arrange a discovery call or a session.
Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services.
Health and other sensitive information
You don't need to share health details through our forms. If you choose to, we'll only use that information to respond to you, and we rely on your explicit consent to do so. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Clinics, 1-1 sessions and workplace services
If you go on to use our clinics, sessions or other services, we'll give you separate information about how records from those services are kept, who can see them and how long they're kept for. Workplace clients receive anonymised themes only, never individual details, except where sharing is necessary to keep someone safe.
Who we share it with
We never sell your information. We only share it with the services we use to run this website and reply to you:
- Netlify, which hosts this website and receives form submissions. Netlify is based in the United States and protects data transferred from the UK using approved safeguards.
- Our email provider, which we use to reply to you.
- Our booking tool, if you book a call through an online calendar. You'll see its own privacy information when you book.
When you buy a workbook or download, you'll do that on Amazon or Etsy. They handle your order and payment details under their own privacy policies.
This site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers and shares your IP address with Google so the fonts can display.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your request, and no longer than 12 months after our last contact unless you become a client. Client records are kept in line with the separate information we give you at the time.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to ask us to correct or delete it, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent at any time. Just email contact@headstrongco.co.uk. We'll respond within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We'd appreciate the chance to put things right first.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we use your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
