Everything on this site is general information about emotional wellbeing. It isn't medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it isn't a substitute for support from your GP or another professional. Our services

Prices shown on this website are starting prices and a guide only. Workplace clinics, support blocks, training and 1-1 sessions are confirmed in writing before they go ahead, including what's included, the price, payment terms and cancellation terms. Those written terms apply to the service you book.

Workbooks and downloads

Workbooks are sold through Amazon and digital downloads through Etsy. Your purchase is covered by their terms as well as your legal rights as a consumer. Downloads are for your personal use and can't be resold, shared or reproduced without our permission.

Our content

The Headstrong Co name, logo, workbooks, resources and website content belong to us. Please don't copy or reuse them without asking. You're welcome to share links to the site.
